I’m not quite sure what they are trying to achieve?
Like, they demand the ‘impossible’, and then? every take is a NG? So what? I’m pretty sure unless they can legally proof that the hired actor deliberately tried to ruin the shooting (basically impossible to proof), they still have to pay her for the contract, even if the company is unsatisfied with the final result and chooses not to air that advertisement or whatever.
After a legally binding contract is signed you can’t just tell the hired actor already on set “we dont like you anymore, go home” that’s just a balant breach of contract and any such violation is usually handled within the bounds of the contract with clearly written down penalties etc.
